My wife and I placed our home on the market with another realtor in May 2019 in hopes of having it sold by the time we moved in July 19'. As a first time seller, I was very nervous about selling my house on a tight timeline but I made the right choice hiring Sheri! Like myself, Sheri is a military spouse and understands what it’s like to have to move quickly when you get fast orders to move! It was quick notice right during the holidays so I had my doubts about our home selling quickly but Sheri proved me wrong.
We interviewed several realtors but found Sheri to be the most helpful in terms of preparing our home to sell and a great marketing plan. I truly feel the suggestions she gave us to freshen the place up helped sell our home quickly. Other realtors told us to \u201Cmove this over there\u201D or \u201Cput away your knickknacks\u201D but Sheri offered truly useful advice.
What I liked most about Sheri was her great commmunication. Selling your home can be a stressful time but Sheri always got back to us promptly and did not make us wait! She made me feel like selling our home was a priority and she cared about us. She did not pressure us at all; she respected our wishes and helped us as much as she could. She even came over before our first showing to walk through and make sure I had everything just right.
Sheri’s hard work and marketing drove a ton of traffic to our home and got us under contract quickly...even during the holidays. I highly recommend working with Sheri...she is a hard worker, she is a great communicator and she cares about her clients.
