I have lived in the suburbs of Dayton for 35 years. I am happily married for 25 years to my high school sweetheart. We love living in the Dayton area and have enjoyed raising our daughter here. Enjoy volunteering in the community with church and a local rowing club.

My wife and I had tried to sell our house for a few years without success.
We contacted Bernice Willis because she sold a similar property near us very quickly. She came with a very detailed plan during our first meeting. Then she went "Above and Beyond" the normal standards of realtor to help us totally prepared our house for showing. Because of her advertising expertise and efforts, we sold our house in one month during the winter blizzard in Jan-Feb. 2018. If it was not for the winter blizzard, the house would have been sold even sooner. We are very appreciative of Bernice, who is an honest and hard working realtor in our area.

Bernice was very helpful from pricing our home down to the final sale. She gave very good advice when an offer came in. Answered in detail every question we had...if she wasn't sure of the answer she found out for us...
She held an open house and had very good marketing material. Her video and pictures that she posted on the MLS were professionally done.
We had an offer after the first week on the market...
Bernice was very professional.
