Sales of single-family and condominium units reported by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® in February saw gains in all main statistical categories. 855 sales were reported to the Multiple Listing Service in February, an almost seven percent increase over the 801 single-family and condominium sales reported in February 2016. Continuing in a similar manner as most of 2016, single-family and condominium sales prices reported by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service in November ticked up. November’s activity generated a dollar volume of $179 million, an incredible increase of over 39 percent versus last November. Single-family and condominium sales reported by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service reached a sales volume of $198 million in October, surging 24 percent compared to the sales volume that occurred during the same month in 2015.
