This year Coldwell Banker Heritage is celebrating 50 wonderful years as a company. A few weeks ago, everyone gathered at Polen Farms to enjoy amazing music, fun conversation and delicious food. Gem, from the Dayton Dragons, also made an appearance being her ever so sassy self. She got the kids dancing and energized the crowd! Sales of single-family and condominium units reported by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® in February saw gains in all main statistical categories. 855 sales were reported to the Multiple Listing Service in February, an almost seven percent increase over the 801 single-family and condominium sales reported in February 2016. Continuing in a similar manner as most of 2016, single-family and condominium sales prices reported by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service in November ticked up. November’s activity generated a dollar volume of $179 million, an incredible increase of over 39 percent versus last November.
