This year Coldwell Banker Heritage is celebrating 50 wonderful years as a company. A few weeks ago, everyone gathered at Polen Farms to enjoy amazing music, fun conversation and delicious food. Sales of single-family and condominium units reported by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® in February saw gains in all main statistical categories. 855 sales were reported to the Multiple Listing Service in February, an almost seven percent increase over the 801 single-family and condominium sales reported in February 2016.
