Single-family and condominium sales reported by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service reached a sales volume of $216 million in September, a thirteen percent improvement over sales that occurred during the same month in 2015. Sales of single-family and condominium units reported by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® in August saw all the key figures - except number of listings – in positive territory. The number of homes sold in the Miami Valley surged from 2015 posted figures.
