Single-family and condominium sales reported by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service reached a sales volume of $216 million in September, a thirteen percent improvement over sales that occurred during the same month in 2015.  The number of sales was also up, increasing 9.5 percent with 1,478 transactions. It was a beautiful Autumn morning on Saturday, October 15th here in Huber Heights, Ohio. Our office branch in this location was hosting their 22nd annual pumpkin give-a-way to give back to the community. Sales of single-family and condominium units reported by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® in August saw all the key figures - except number of listings – in positive territory. The number of homes sold in the Miami Valley surged from 2015 posted figures. August’s average sales price totaled $146,261, remaining relatively flat from the previous August.
