Jennifer Moore is a lifelong resident of the Dayton area. She grew up in Centerville and attended The Miami Valley School. Jennifer was an avid sports lover and played 3 sports year-round. Additionally, she was the Editor of the Yearbook and was very involved with the student community.
Upon graduating from High School, she was accepted into the University of Dayton where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a concentration in PR and has a minor in Sociology.
After spending 14 years building, operating and managing restaurants locally, she decided to pursue a new career in Real Estate. Jennifer has thoroughly enjoyed her tenure as an accomplished Real Estate agent and has been the recipient of sales awards on the local, state and national levels with Coldwell Banker Heritage.
With 15 years under her belt as an agent, an opportunity to take on yet another role became available as a long-time manager with Coldwell Banker was slated to retire. Jennifer began her next journey in Real Estate as a Sales Manager in the fall of 2017. Jennifer is a high energy Sales Manager with a zest for mentoring, training, developing and challenging her agents to reach for the stars.
Becky Ingling - Huber Heights
Becky joined Coldwell Banker in 2016, and has been a licensed realtor since 2004. She began managing the Huber Heights office in November 2017. She enjoys working with new agents to train them and help get their business off the ground, and helping experienced agents take their business to the new level. Becky is a veteran of the USAF, and retired as a SMSgt.
Jeff Jett - Kettering
Jeff Jett was born and raised in The Greater Dayton area and he continues to reside there with his lovely wife Danielle and their two children, Luke and Chloe. Jeff got his Real Estate license in the Spring of 2007 and experienced great success as a marketer of homes and an educator of the market for both buyers and sellers. Jeff started as the Manager of the Kettering office in Jan. 2017.
When Jeff was asked what he found most fulfilling about managing he said "I love coaching, teaching, and training both new and experienced agents. I have always had a passion for educating customers and clients and now my clients are the agents and so that desire is even more satisfied as I get to watch Realtors grow their business. Michael Combs - Middletown
As a Manager for Coldwell Banker Heritage, my priority is my Agents. My job is to help agents with day to day issues and problems, motivate them when they're down, bring them back "down to earth" when they're too high. Generally, I am a "sounding board" for them in what's going on in their lives. (sometimes a manager doesn't have to Do anything except LISTEN).
I began my career as a part-time agent, then full time, then Relocation Director, then head of a REO dept…I've sold properties for $10,000 and for 3.5 million. This helps me to help agents because I'm a "been there/done that" kind of guy.
Jenny Knott - Springboro
Jenny Knott has thirty years in the real estate industry, she has spent the last sixteen years managing residential transactions in our marketplace. She relies on her years as a sales associate and the continual training in management to advise and guide the sales associates at the Springboro Office to excel. She has lived in the Miami Valley her entire life.
Jenny's primary goal as Branch Manager is to develop new agents into accomplished sales people while coaching experienced agents to achieve their goals. Jeff Colyer - Springfield
Jeff was selected as the Sales Manager of the Springfield Office in April of 2018. His main objective is to grow the office in size in both headcount and sales volume.
He is a big believer in staying on top of all the new technology and training his agents on those products. He has been in the business for over 16 years and won the Rick Heben MVP award 4 months after joining Coldwell Banker Heritage. Prior to starting his real estate career, he worked for AT&T for 20 years. He is married to Jamie Colyer, who is also a realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage, and both are lifelong residents of Springfield/Clark County and live in Moorefield Township.
Brandon Fellers - Troy
As a manager, my focus is to educate and teach the people of the company, whether that be the agents or the employees of Coldwell Banker Heritage. I am here to help the company in any way that I possibly can and to make sure people get a clear image of the type of environment where we work as a family and get the job done in an orderly fashion!
Deb Sasser - Vandalia
Deb Sasser is an Associate Partner and Manager of our Vandalia Office. She has 30 years’ experience in residential home design, construction, and sales. Deb has been with Coldwell Banker Heritage since 2003 and has her Brokers license. She has served on the Board of Directors at the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors. In 2013 Deb was named the DABR Salesperson of the Year. Deb also teaches real estate pre & post license classes at Hondros College. She has an AS degree in Real Estate and Property Management, BS in Organizational Leadership and an MS in Leadership Development.
As a manager, Deb combines her experience and knowledge, with her love of teaching, to work closely with the agents in her office to guide and inspire them. She loves the excitement of helping a new agent get their first listing, make their first sale and is especially excited for their first closing. All of this is sprinkled with a bit of fun which is why her office is called “Fundalia”.
Jeff Spring - Yankee Centre
Jeff is sincerely interested in assisting others to develop the skills necessary to succeed. In 2016, he was selected to be the Sales Manager of the Dayton Mall and currently manages the Yankee Centre office with 70 agents. Jeff is a two-time recipient of the Rick Heben MVP award...a reflection of his ‘can do’ attitude & strong work ethic! Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Heritage, Springboro office, in 2007, he owned a successful telecommunication business.
Jeff prides himself on being a lifelong Daytonian! He strongly supports the efforts of Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
In 2003 he gave the ultimate gift of life, as a living kidney donor, to his wife.
